That's the Spirit!

Sooner or later I have to admit that it is December. Considering that it was sixty degrees in Vermont Thursday, and that Texas has seen more snow than we have, it's easy to forget that Christmas is bearing down on us. Yet the calendar does not lie.

Let me take this opportunity to extend happy holiday wishes to our friends, family, readers, and dog lovers the world over. Many of you have just come in to our lives this year, and no Christmas gift could begin to compete with the blessings of friendships formed. We look forward to the year ahead and all that it brings, and the opportunity to continue to grow and share it with you.

Keep a safe distance from the hound, I'm fairly confident that he has ulterior motives.

In order to continue to show my appreciation for those who choose to visit, I'm going to give away something here Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of next week. Allow me my mid-week wordless Wednesday if you will. It's a long standing tradition that I enjoy.

Have a great weekend and hug your dogs for us. I'll do my best to find my way to as many of you as possible as the holiday madness sets in, and hope you'll join us here for some freebie fun next week.

  8. I LOVE your Christmas photo-very festive to say the least.
Chester and I are also amazed at the new friendships we've formed since he began his blog. We look forward to sharing another year with LWD also!

Chester would like me to ask Nigel if he would move that mistletoe just a little more over Ms. Truffles head. He's on his way to Vermont as we speak.

Thank you for sharing your life and your, shall we say, perverted and weird obsessions! You make my day.
I wish you wonderful holidays full of extra goodies and scandalous fun. May your year be just as terrific.

  17. Yep, friendships are invaluable.

And the weather is weird. You're warmer there than we are in Georgia.

As an only child, (parents deceased) and no "human" children, it's nice to know someone who is as crazy about their dogs as I am.
