This gentleman would appear to be quite distressed about loose dogs in his neighborhood, and his powers of observation and reproduction are beyond reproach. Bonus points for the spousal recoil.



And if you just can't get enough, you need to fire up the remix. You'll be as troubled as I when you note that there are two different clips - suggesting that the man in question is prone to such episodes.
