  3. Maybe this creep should be hogtied and told his trial is coming up oh, in a year or two.

    Glad to hear the dog will survive and I hope he finds a good home.

  4. His expression reminds me of Truffles' in the Wordless Wednesday post {lovely, btw}. What different lives they've had--I hope this puppy will get the chance to experience a loving home, too! {And they'll throw that book at the creep they arrested.}

  7. Horrid, horrid story. I just can not understand how human beings could even think to do this, but don't presume to understand much of what's going on in this world anymore. Just incredibly grateful that this dog was found and saved and gets to recover with a rescue group.

  11. Thanks to animal control and the police for rescuing this dog. As far as the jerk that did this extremely cruel act, I hope that justice is done and he gets the maximum plus more...

  13. What is wrong with people? Have they forgotten how to be compassionate and kind to all that inhabit our Earth? The stories I read here and on my Rescue groups just get more horrific daily and my heart breaks for the innocents they hurt. And not to mention the anger I have at people like this...

  17. I'm with the others. Let's hogtie James Worley and leave him in a field. He deserves to be eaten by fire ants.

    sigh. what is going on lately? are we just seeing more of this lately because we have access to the internet and see more of the stories or has animal cruelty gone up?

  20. Awwww. The poor guy. I don't see why people say pit bulls are so mean when humans are so much worse.
