  1. i'm reading this in a room that has all the windows open. the back door is open (don't go there); the front is open with the screen shut; the sliding glass door is open. i'm in a t-shirt and knickers. i just finished a popsicle.

    last night it was 78 degrees in the house. please send snow. and keep on posting snow porn.

  10. Can't remember the last time I had a Slurpee. Yesterday was 60F and sunny, and they're calling up to 6" of snow tonight down here. Eek!

    Did you guys live up there the winter of 2004/2005? I lived on the NY/Canadian border that winter and for 2 weeks it was 20+ BELOW zero every night and never went above ZERO during the days. One year of that and I was back to SC. Of course today we are anticipating 3-5" of snow with ice. NOT GOOD for those of us in the south. These Southerners panic!

    Thinking of you all over here in Melbourne, where it is going to be 34C (93.2F) today and 37C (98.6F) tomorrow. I think we'd rather the snow.... too hot for dawgies, but at least we have got airconditioning!!! (Mum got it just for us)
